Return Policy
30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any non-defective items. Please note that returns will not be accepted after this period.
Return Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we have packed the wrong item. We do not offer free returns or return labels.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, pet hair, and odors, and must have all original product tags intact.
Exceptions for Returns
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made items, personal care products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Uncollected Parcels
For uncollected parcels, a fee of $8 will be charged to cover administrative costs from carriers.
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days. If it concerns a service, the refund will be initiated within 30 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel.
Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Damages and Defects
Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately via email at durcci@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Reports of defects must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Exceptions

Refund without Return: Requests for refunds without returning the product will not be accepted. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund of 50% together with store credit, allowing you to keep the item.

Undelivered but Marked as Delivered: If the tracking number shows successful delivery but you did not receive the item due to incorrect address information, we may offer a replacement after receiving a secure delivery address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of $8.

Cancellations and changes to order details are STRICTLY accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed (if the order has not yet been fulfilled). Please contact us via email at durcci@outlook.com and provide your order number.
Durcci assumes no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers, and other unforeseen factors. Furthermore, the company shall not be held liable for any changes in products or product characteristics made by the respective supplier or other factors outside our control.
Durcci further disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages or losses that may affect the customer as a result of purchases or use of our products or services. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the products in accordance with the provided guidelines and to exercise caution when handling them.
